The ideal candidate will have a completed Certified Public Accounting Exam. As a management team member, the candidate will assist in achieving the annual business plan through Job costing and financial reporting. They will also work closely with the Controller and other external partners on company bonding, insurance, and banking. This position is expected to prepare the candidate to advance to the Lead Accounting role of the company in 4 to 5 years. Â
